We here at TRIA believe in leading by example. An organization is only as good as the management that leads it. Management does not perform a specific job per se but to motivate other people to perform their specific jobs is indeed the job of management. Management is getting the work done through the efforts of others efficiently.We have a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere at TRIA; we try to bring out the best in our organization’s members.

Directors

Kedar Gowande (Director – Operations)
After completing Engineering, He worked in an engine rebuilding workshop for almost 2 years without pay just for experience. Over there he handled Horizontal boring machine, vertical boring machine crank shaft grinding machine, connecting rod boring machine etc. He along with his batch mate Sachin Joshi started this company with nothing but a vision in mind. They used their hard work and sweat to lay the foundation for TRIA industries. Through their passion they learned everything they needed to run this company. Kedar Gowande handles the marketing and operations part. His job involves working with people 24X7 motivating them and guiding them to achieve the desired goals.

Sachin Joshi (Director – Finance)
Before moving to Tria, He also worked with Bajaj Auto Ltd in the R&D department. He has a lot of determination and has acted as the backbone of TRIA Industries. He’s the head of the financial department along with that if it’s concerning the design of any new SPM’s, any innovation which is required he handles it with great efficiency. The beauty of this team i.e. of Mr Sachin and Kedar is that when required they can handle each other’s work and are not merely restricted to their departments. This dynamic duo brings a lot of enthusiasm and inspiration to the table and they have been the heart and soul of TRIA industries.

Management

Mr. Bharat Rai (Member Board)
He’s a qualified graduate and he’s been working with Tria Group since the last 18 years. He looks after taxation and all the government related work of Tria Industries. He has a vast experience of purchasing and accounting.

Mr. Atul Agashe (Plant head – Unit 1)
He’s a qualified graduate with an experience of over 16 years with Tria Group. He handles all the activities of Unit 1.

Mr. Balasaheb Todkar (Plant head – Unit 2)
Mr Todkar is associated with Tria Group for the last 15 years and is a hard-core shop floor person with innovative ideas and an ability to grasp and learn quickly. He has developed few special purpose machines for Tria.

Mr. Shivaji Tibile (Plant head – Unit 3)
Mr Shivaji Tibile has an experience of over 20 years in the field of hydraulics which he gained while working with a multinational company. Mr Shivaji Tibile has joined Tria Group from 2013 as a plant head In Unit 3.

Mr. Lokesh Pihulkar (Head Quality)
Mr. Lokesh Pihulkar is an engineer and has an experience of over 18 years in the field of engineering. He also has completed his training for System Audits, Kaizen & Poke-yoke, TPM, 5S, APQP, PPAP etc. He is the head of the quality department at our organization.
